Bringing People Together Across Our Global Offices

At Horizon Air Freight, Swift Marine and Delver Agents, we believe that strong operations begin with strong teams. As part of our ongoing commitment to employee engagement and workplace culture, our Human Resources teams recently coordinated a global employee appreciation initiative designed to bring colleagues together across our offices and create opportunities for connection beyond day-to-day operations.

While the activities looked slightly different across the Group, the objective remained the same: strengthening relationships, encouraging collaboration and reinforcing the culture that supports our teams around the world.

Across Horizon Air Freight and Swift Marine offices, colleagues came together for an Ice Cream Social, providing a relaxed opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and spend time with one another outside of operational priorities. The initiative created space for conversation, connection and shared moments across departments and functions.

At Delver Agents in Ushuaia, Argentina, the start of the new operational season was marked with a team gathering over pizza, bringing colleagues together ahead of another busy season supporting cruise, expedition and maritime operations. The event reflected the strong sense of teamwork, resilience and collaboration that continues to define the Delver Agents team.

Although the activities differed from office to office, they were all built around the same belief: successful organizations are built by people.

In an industry where success is often measured through deliveries, vessel calls, port operations and customer outcomes, it is easy to focus solely on results. However, behind every successful operation are teams working together, sharing knowledge, supporting one another and contributing to a common goal.

Because while our expertise lies in marine logistics, cruise logistics and specialized maritime support, it is people, relationships and collaboration that drive every successful operation.
